Neo Living builds and installs modular homes on the Gold Coast. We complete around 30 projects a year and we are bringing our site works and fit-out in-house. This is a permanent, Monday to Friday role based out of Nerang, working across Gold Coast sites.
We are after an all-rounder who can jump on a machine for footings and site prep, then get on the tools with the crew for install and fit-out. Same scope repeated 30 times a year, so you will get very good at it.
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
Operating the excavator and skid steer for footing excavation and site preparation
Site set-out, levels and general site preparation
Working with the crew on module install days
General fit-out and finishing work between digs
Keeping the yard, plant and gear in good order
WHAT YOU WILL NEED
Excavator and/or skid steer ticket
Construction White Card
Current driver licence
Civil, landscaping or residential construction background
Carpentry or fit-out experience is a big plus
Someone happy to swap between machine work and hands-on work
WHAT WE OFFER
$78,000 to $88,000 plus superannuation
We pay for your tickets, VOCs and further training
No travel, no FIFO, all work local to the Gold Coast
