About the role
Accenture Song is looking for a Product Designer to join our Design & Digital Products practice, working across a mix of government, large enterprise and industry‑led engagements.
You’ll design thoughtful, user‑centred digital product experiences that balance design craft, delivery constraints and real user needs. Some projects are structured and execution‑heavy, while others are more strategic, exploratory and creative, but all value strong UX thinking and practical, delivery‑minded design skills.
This role suits a designer who is comfortable with ambiguity and complexity, and who enjoys creating clarity through design. You’re able to ask the right questions, make sense of evolving information, and help teams move forward confidently even when problems or solutions are not fully defined.
What you’ll be doing
Designing user‑centred experiences for digital products, services and platforms
Applying design methods such as:
Journey and experience mapping
User flows and task modelling
Insight synthesis and problem framing
Creating and iterating design artefacts across the full lifecycle -from early concept exploration through to prototypes that support validation and delivery
Working closely with engineers, architects, business analysts and stakeholders in cross‑functional teams
Supporting delivery across enterprise and platform‑based systems
Participating in critiques, showcases and delivery rituals
Clearly communicating design decisions and rationale to technical and non‑technical audiences
