Children’s Village Spring Farm is a brand-new, state-of-the-art early learning service committed to providing the highest standards of child safety, protection, and wellbeing. Our team places children’s safety at the centre of every decision, interaction, and practice, ensuring a secure, nurturing, and respectful environment for all children.
We are an established long day care provider in the Sydney area and are now seeking passionate, experienced, and dedicated educators to join our growing team across multiple programs.
Our service is led by a highly experienced Director with a strong history of leading Exceeding-rated services and maintaining an exemplary compliance record. We are committed to best practice in child safety and education—not just meeting regulatory requirements, but embedding a strong culture of safeguarding, accountability, and continuous improvement.

- Early Childhood Teacher (Bachelor – Birth to 5 years)

We are committed to embedding contemporary child-safe practices across all aspects of our service. This includes proactive child protection strategies, strong supervision practices, safe environments, respectful relationships, and a culture where concerns are recognised, responded to, and escalated appropriately. All staff are expected to uphold and actively contribute to a child-safe culture at all times.
Mandatory Requirements
Applications will not progress to interview without the following:
- Current Working With Children Check (WWCC)
- Current National Police Clearance
- Strong understanding of child safety, child protection, and regulatory obligations
- Demonstrated commitment to safe, ethical, and reflective practice
- Ability to build safe, respectful, and responsive relationships with children, families, and colleagues
To be successful in this role, you will also have:
- Experience working with infants (0–18 months) is highly regarded
- Knowledge of contemporary child-safe practices and frameworks
- Relevant early childhood qualifications
- Current First Aid, Anaphylaxis, and Asthma certification (or willingness to obtain)
- A commitment to maintaining safe supervision and safe environments at all times
