What You'll Do
- Assist section chefs with prep, cooking, and plating
- Maintain a clean, organised, and safe work station
- Follow recipes and standards consistently and accurately
- Learn and rotate across sections to build broad kitchen skills
- Support the wider team during busy service periods
What We're Looking For
- Some kitchen experience or relevant culinary qualification
- Genuine passion for food and a career in the culinary industry
- Hunger to progress into a Chef de Partie role over time
- Reliability, punctuality, and a strong work ethic
