We're looking for a practical and people-focused Workshop Supervisor to lead our skilled team in Blacktown. This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll coordinate daily workshop operations, mentor tradespeople and apprentices, and help drive a safe, organised and high-performing workshop culture.

What you'll be doing
- Lead and support a team of tradespeople and apprentices.
- Coordinate daily workshop activities to ensure jobs are delivered safely, efficiently and to a high standard.
- Work closely with office staff to manage priorities and customer requirements.
- Support assembly, testing, servicing and fault-finding activities on industrial equipment.
- Promote strong housekeeping, 5S and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Maintain a strong focus on WHS and lead by example.
- Assist with workshop planning, stock coordination and resource management.
About You
Essential
- Previous experience leading teams in a workshop, manufacturing or industrial environment.
- Strong organisational and communication skills.
- Commitment to safety and continuous improvement.
- Ability to coordinate multiple priorities and support a diverse team.
Highly regarded
- Trade qualification or Electrical Licence.
- Experience in mining, manufacturing or bulk materials handling industries.
- Knowledge of 5S principles.
- Experience with vibratory feeders, conveyors, hoppers or similar industrial equipment.
