Responsibilities:

Preparing gelato mixtures according to recipes

Operating gelato-making equipment

Monitoring freezing and churning processes

Creating new flavors and experimenting with ingredients

Maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards in the production area
Requirements:

Previous experience as a Gelato Maker or in a similar role in kitchen
