About the Role
Pa Ruay Thai Restaurant is seeking an experienced and motivated Full-Time Chef to join our team in Budgewoi, NSW.
Key Responsibilities:
Planning and preparing menu items Preparing and cooking authentic Thai cuisine
Monitoring food quality and presentation Maintaining food safety and hygiene standards
Managing stock control and kitchen organisation Supervising and assisting kitchen staff where required
Ensuring efficient kitchen operations in a fast-paced environment
Requirements: Relevant qualification in Commercial Cookery or related field, or equivalent work experience
Minimum 2 years relevant experience as a Chef
Strong knowledge of kitchen operations and food safety standards
Ability to work efficiently in a team environment
Good communication and organisational skills
