Position Brief - Senior Organisational Change Lead
Are you an experienced change professional who thrives in large-scale transformation environments and enjoys shaping programs from the very beginning?
We're seeking a Senior Organisational Change Lead to join our Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Modernisation Program, a significant enterprise transformation that will modernise core business systems, processes and ways of working across the City.
Working alongside a Change Partner and a Change Lead, you'll play a pivotal role in establishing the change foundations for the program, helping shape the change strategy, stakeholder approach, governance, business readiness framework and adoption roadmap from its earliest stages.
This is an exciting opportunity for a senior change practitioner with experience delivering complex ERP or enterprise systems transformations. You'll partner with senior leaders, program teams and business stakeholders to guide the people side of change and ensure our workforce is ready to embrace new ways of working as the program evolves.
This is a Full Time Fixed Term opportunity to 30 June 2027 with a possible extension.
What you'll bring
Proven experience leading organisational change for large-scale ERP or enterprise systems programs
Demonstrated success developing and delivering change strategies, impact assessments, communication and engagement plans, training plans and business readiness activities
Strong stakeholder engagement and influencing skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships at executive, leadership and operational levels
Proven ability setting and managing metrics for readiness and adoption to monitor project risks and opportunities
Experience navigating complex environments with multiple workstreams, competing priorities and significant organisational impacts
A collaborative and pragmatic approach, balancing strategic thinking with hands-on delivery
The ability to translate complex technical concepts into meaningful business outcomes for diverse stakeholder groups.
We are looking for people who have:
A Bachelor degree in Organisational Leadership or Bachelor of Business with Management and Change Major or/and the equivalent Change Management knowledge and experience.

Lean Six Sigma
Diploma of Coaching
Agile Certified Change Manager Practitioner
Scaled Agile Framework Practitioner (SAFe)
