About the role
DGL Gardening & Landscapes is seeking an experienced Horticulturist / Gardener to lead to join our team. This is a full-time position where you will play a key role in maintaining gardens and landscapes for commercial and residential sites across the Gold Coast.
Oversee the planting, pruning, mowing, and general care of gardens and green spaces
Provide expert horticultural advice and guidance to the team
Liaise with clients to understand their needs and preferences
Ensure all work is completed to the highest standards
What we're looking for
Minimum cert III/ IV qualification in horticulture or a related field
Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar leading hand or supervisory role
Extensive knowledge of plants, landscaping techniques, and maintenance best practices
Strong team leadership and communication skills
Ability to work independently and make sound decisions
Excellent time management and problem-solving skills
Valid manual driver's licence and experience towing a trailer
