We're now looking for an experienced 360 Recruitment Consultant to join our Morningside office and help grow our presence across the Brisbane market.
The Opportunity
Joining our Brisbane team, you'll take ownership of a blue-collar recruitment portfolio, partnering with clients across transport, warehousing, logistics, manufacturing, construction, and industrial sectors.
This is a true 360 role where you'll manage the entire recruitment process from business development and client management through to sourcing, placing, and supporting candidates. You'll inherit existing opportunities while also having the autonomy to grow your own client base and build a desk that reflects your strengths and ambitions.

What You'll Be Doing
- Managing the full 360 recruitment lifecycle
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships
- Driving business development and identifying new opportunities
- Managing active vacancies and candidate pipelines
- Conducting candidate interviews, screening, and onboarding
- Delivering high-quality temporary and permanent recruitment solutions
- Ensuring compliance and workforce documentation requirements are met
- Working closely with clients to understand workforce needs and provide tailored recruitment strategies
What We're Looking For
- Previous agency recruitment experience (blue-collar recruitment highly regarded)
- Strong business development and relationship-building skills
- Ability to manage multiple vacancies in a fast-paced environment
- Commercial mindset with a proactive approach to growth
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
