Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Group Facilitator/and/or Psychologist to join our multidisciplinary Allied health team
As a valued member of our multidisciplinary team, you will deliver both individual and group therapy across our inpatient units and via our day programs. We are specifically interested in those who have experience in managing complex presentations in a community environment and delivering DBT outpatient group therapy to both adults and young adults/ adolescents
About You
You are a motivated and compassionate clinician with a genuine interest in recovery-focused mental health care. You have the confidence and creativity to facilitate therapeutic groups and the professionalism to manage complex clinical needs within a dynamic team setting.
You will bring:

A recognised undergraduate degree in Psychology or appropriate other qualification such as mental health social work or occupational therapy.

AHPRA registration with unrestricted general registration under the Psychology Board of Australia or appropriate other registration relating to mental health.

Demonstrated experience in group facilitation and patient engagement.

Strong clinical judgement, organisational, and time management skills.

Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

Capacity to work autonomously and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite especially teams.

Desirable Experience in facilitating DBT type manualised programs to young people and adults
