AcQuum Consulting is seeking an experienced ICT Business Analyst to join our growing Melbourne team. The successful candidate will work closely with clients, stakeholders and technical teams to analyse business requirements, improve business processes, and deliver effective ICT solutions across a range of consulting projects.
Key duties:
- Consult with clients and stakeholders to identify, analyse and document business and system requirements
- Evaluate existing business processes, workflows and ICT systems to identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements
- Analyse client operational needs and translate business requirements into functional system specifications
- Liaise with software developers, technical teams and end users throughout project implementation stages
- Participate in project planning, system implementation, testing and deployment activities
- Develop business process models, workflow diagrams and system documentation
- Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), system troubleshooting and post-implementation reviews
- Prepare user manuals, training materials and conduct client training sessions where required
- Monitor project progress and assist in ensuring solutions are delivered in accordance with client requirements and business objectives
- Act as a key point of contact between business stakeholders and technical development teams
