Position Descriptor:
The Assistant Principal of Wellbeing and PB4L will provide strategic leadership for whole-school wellbeing, behaviour support, and PB4L, ensuring consistent, evidence-informed practices. They will build staff capability and oversee intervention for students with social, emotional, and behavioural needs, while fostering safe, inclusive environments and collaborating with families and external agencies to improve student outcomes.
