This is more than a tutoring job. It's a front-row seat at one of Queensland's fastest-growing companies. MindBridge partners directly with high schools across the state to run after-school sessions right on campus, so students get expert support where they already are, and our tutors get consistent, well-paid work without the hassle of private tutoring.
We're looking for sharp, reliable uni students to join the team for Term 4.

How we train you
A structured 4-step training and onboarding process gets you confident and campus-ready before your first session, so you're never thrown in the deep end.
Your path with us
We promote from within. Grow from Academic Tutor, to Senior Academic Tutor, to Academic Supervisor as you build experience and take on more.
What you'll do
* Run structured, engaging sessions on a school campus near you
* Help students understand tough content, prepare for assessments, and build confidence
* Track each student's goals and progress week to week
* Draw on your strengths across four or more QCE subjects
What we're looking for
* Currently enrolled at university
* ATAR 99+, or 90+ across four or more QCE subjects
* Previous tutoring or mentoring experience preferred (not essential)
* Available for one two-hour shift per week during school terms
* Reliable transport to your matched campus
Where we operate
We have campuses across South East Queensland and the Wide Bay, including Brisbane (North Lakes, Dakabin, Clayfield, Ashgrove, Hawthorne, Mount Gravatt, Stretton (Karawatha), Shailer Park, South Logan, Runcorn, Carbrook, Holland Park, Forest Lake, Ipswich, and many more), the Gold Coast (Yatala, Ormeau, and more), the Sunshine Coast, and Bundaberg. You'll be matched to the campus closest to you, with new schools opening every term.
How we hire

* One 25-minute virtual interview: explain a concept as if teaching it, plus a few situational questions
* Offers made in Week 1, Term 4 (week of Monday 6 October 2026)
* Start date: Monday of Week 2, Term 4 (Monday 12 October 2026)
