The role
This is a generalist role. You'll run your own matters across a mix of practice areas, appear in the Local Court, and deal with clients directly from the outset. Because we're small, you'll also have a hand in building the practice — speaking with prospective clients, following up enquiries, and helping turn interest into instructions. As the firm grows there will be scope to take on more responsibility, including mentoring junior lawyers down the track.
The environment
We're a young firm. You'll get variety, autonomy, and a real say in how things are done — but you'll also meet the rough edges of a practice that's still being built. You'll manage your own files and your own time with limited supervision, and be comfortable to step outside of your comfort zone.
We work flexibly and operate as a mobile practice, with office space available to use at Lidcombe.
You'll probably suit this role if you:
- Are admitted in NSW with 6+ years PQE across more than one area of law
- Have real Local Court experience and are confident on your feet
- Can run matters and manage your own workload without close supervision
- Are good with people and genuinely willing to build and look after client relationships
- Are open-minded, adaptable, and comfortable working in a growing practice
- Would welcome the chance to grow into a leadership or mentoring role over time

Pay: $80,000.00 – $120,000.00 per year
