Preferred Requirements
- Previous work in cafe, bakery or similar setting with barista skills and knowledge
- Previous food preparation or kitchen experience is preferable but not mandatory
- Strong attention to detail and cleanliness
- Ability to work efficiently in a busy environment
- Availability across a rotating 7-day roster
Key Responsibilities
- Providing support and guidance to the team
- Maintaining product and service quality
- Ensuring store cleanliness and tidiness
- Creating a warm and welcoming environment for customers
- Leading by example and directing teams in product preparation, customer service, and cleanliness standards
- Fostering a positive workplace culture and promoting teamwork
