About Us
Mega Mulchers is a rapidly growing construction services company specialising in material placement solutions across Sydney and regional NSW.
We operate specialised equipment including mulch blowers, aggregate blowing systems and screed pumps, working with builders, landscapers, developers and construction contractors.
We are seeking a reliable and mechanically minded Screed Pump Operator / Construction Technician to join our growing team.
About the Role
This is a hands-on role operating specialised screed pumping equipment on construction sites throughout Sydney.
The successful candidate will assist with:
- Operating screed pumping equipment
- Setting up and packing down hoses
- Assisting with screed placement
- Cleaning and maintaining equipment
- Loading and unloading equipment
- Site preparation and housekeeping
- Daily equipment inspections
- Working alongside builders and construction crews
- Maintaining high safety standards
Full training will be provided to the right candidate.

Highly Regarded Experience
The following experience will be highly regarded:
- Concrete pumping
- Screeding
- Construction labouring
- Landscaping
- Civil construction
- Earthmoving
- Truck driving
- Machinery operation
- Mechanical or diesel mechanical experience
- Trade backgrounds
MR or HR licence is advantageous but not essential.
