Business Development Coordinator – EST Program
Are you an experienced Business Development Manager with a strong understanding of the Employability Skills Training (EST) Program? Do you excel in face-to-face engagement, building provider relationships, and driving student referrals? If so, we want you on our team!
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong working relationships with Workforce Australia providers to increase student referrals for the EST Program.
- Conduct face-to-face marketing and site visits to potential providers to expand business opportunities.
- Identify and establish new business partnerships to grow the program.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and engagement of students.
- Represent the company in meetings, networking events, and industry gatherings.
Requirements:
✅ At least 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field.
✅ Prior experience working with Workforce Australia is highly desirable.
✅ Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with external stakeholders.
✅ Ability to work independently and drive business growth through provider engagement.
✅ A valid driver's license.
✅ Current Police Check
