About the Role
We’re seeking a passionate and experienced Pastry Chef to join our talented team. This role presents an exciting opportunity to work in one of Sydney's most prestigious fine-dining establishments, contributing to the creation of exceptional desserts and pastry offerings. You’ll work closely with our Head Chef and kitchen team to maintain the high standards of quality and creativity Rockpool Bar & Grill is known for.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in a Pastry Chef role, preferably within a premium dining or luxury hotel environment
- A strong attention to detail and a passion for creating exceptional desserts and pastries
- Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment while maintaining high standards of quality and presentation
- A collaborative team player with excellent communication skills
