Perth Window & Door Replacement Company is a leading supplier and installer of glass and aluminium windows and doors across Perth. With our job demand growing, we are seeking a motivated Sales Representative to join our Sales team.
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced sales professional who enjoys building relationships, helping customers find the right solutions, and working within a supportive and successful team environment.
About the Role:
As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for meeting with homeowners, understanding their needs, and providing tailored window and door replacement quotes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Attend prebooked appointments with residential customers across the Perth metropolitan area
- Conduct in-home consultations and accurately measure windows and doors for manufacturing
- Recommend suitable products and solutions based on customer desires and requirements
- Prepare and present quotations in a timely manner
- Achieve individual sales targets and ultimately contribute to the company’s success
- Maintain accurate records within the company CRM and emailing system
- Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the sales process
What We're Looking For:
- Previous sales experience, preferably in the building, construction, home improvement, or related industries
- Strong, confident communication skills
- A professional and customer-focused approach
- Ability to build rapport quickly and confidently close sales
- Self-motivated with excellent time management skills
- Basic computer skills and experience using CRM systems (preferred)
- Current C Class Driver's Licence
- Ability to work independently while being part of a team
