Join Queensland Corrective Services (QCS) as an Executive Support Officer and contribute to the delivery of vital community safety outcomes across Queensland. Based in Brisbane CBD, this role provides high-level executive, administrative and secretarial support to the Assistant Commissioner, Community Corrections, and plays a key role in ensuring the effective operation of a dynamic executive office.
As an Executive Support Officer, you will provide professional administrative and coordination support to the Assistant Commissioner and broader senior leadership team. Your responsibilities will include managing diaries and correspondence, coordinating meetings and travel arrangements, monitoring action items and timeframes, preparing documentation and reports, maintaining records and information management systems, and supporting a range of business activities.
The ideal candidate will demonstrate skills in executive or administration support, exceptional written and verba l communication skills and advanced proficiency in the Microsoft suite. You will be highly organised, adaptable and capable of working both independently and collaboratively while managing multiple priorities.
