URGENT HIRING – Disability Support Worker
Location: Gracemere, QLD
Employment Type: Casual – Approximately 20 hours per week

Vitium Cura is seeking a compassionate, patient, and experienced Disability Support Worker to support a young NDIS participant with Global Developmental Delay and Autism Level 3.
About the Role:
- Provide person-centred support at home and in the community
- Support communication, social participation, and independence
- Assist with structured activities and daily routines
- Implement relevant allied health recommendations
- Provide support with emotional regulation and positive behaviour strategies
- Maintain accurate progress notes and communicate with the care team
Preferred Experience:
- Experience supporting children with Autism and/or developmental delay
- Understanding of Positive Behaviour Support
- Calm, patient, reliable, and proactive approach
- Strong communication and documentation skills
Mandatory Requirements:
- NDIS Worker Screening Clearance
- Working with Children Check / Blue Card
- Current First Aid & CPR
- National Police Check
- Valid Driver Licence
- Comprehensive Vehicle Insurance if transporting participants
- Right to Work in Australia
