Where you'll be working
NSHNS Mona Vale Centre Northern Beaches Sydney.
What you'll be doing
All nursing care , including EOLC, Syringe driver management. Sub Cut medications. Complex, chronic and acute wound care. Compression therapy, Vac dressings. Full comprehensive nursing assessments including respiratory, cardiac, continence. SPC and IDC management.
People of Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander background encouraged to apply.
Candidates will need to meet the following criteria:
- Registered Nurse –Division 1 with Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA); and Current NSW Drivers Licence.
- Demonstrated ability to work well within a multidisciplinary team, with an emphasis on service delivery, patient safety, quality of care and team cohesion.
- Sound experience using electronic medical record systems and office applications, and evidence of personal time management capabilities and effective negotiation skills.
