Summary:

We offer a full service encompassing research, planning, buying, building, upgrading and managing for investment properties and family homes. Our team is composed of sales and marketing, economists, qualified property investment advisers, buyers agents, builders, project managers, property managers, engineers, data scientists and product experts. As an Account Manager you will play a pivotal role in driving sales across our services, and fostering strong relationships with our clients.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the new lead sales cadence, including (but not limited to) inbound and warm outbound calls, emails, and messaging services for the sales team across purchasing, projects and property management
- Pre-qualify leads and book an appointment with the technical expert, who will close the deal
- Be the point of contact for referral partners and all sales enquiries
- Work with the sales, marketing and customer success teams to refine and develop effective processes
- As a front-line salesperson, work with the Marketing Manager to address messaging and lead quality
- Upsell existing clients to follow-on services and conduct post-service follow-ups
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform strategic planning.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs set by the management.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years’ experience in a sales role, selling services where you built and nurtured relationships
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Enhanced negotiation abilities
- Proficiency with computer programs, currently: Google Suite, Klaviyo, JustCall, TimelinesAI, Pipedrive and Claude Cowork
- Ability to work autonomously
- Take ownership of loosely defined ideas and drive them through to execution
- High level of organisation and attention to detail.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and a strong customer service orientation.
