What You'll Do As a Project Manager at Barclay Engineering:
- Client and Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, and subcontractors to ensure long-term partnerships.
- Project Leadership: Lead exciting, complex projects, ensuring they meet deadlines, budgets, and quality standards while exceeding client expectations.
- Resource Allocation: Strategically manage labour, financial, and material resources to optimise project outcomes.

- Quality and Compliance: Uphold quality assurance procedures, technical standards, and workplace safety requirements, ensuring compliance at every stage.
- Financial Oversight: Manage budgets, cash flow, and project variations to maximise profitability and deliver exceptional value.
What You'll Bring To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Proven Experience: Demonstrated success in project management within engineering or manufacturing environments.
- Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of disciplines such as pipefitting, sheet metal, drafting, estimating, and commissioning.
- Leadership Skills: Excellent negotiation, assertiveness, and team-building abilities to drive project success.
