Little Oaks Early Learning is a warm, family-owned service owned by three sisters who are passionate about creating an exceptional environment for children, families and educators alike.
We're looking for an experienced and passionate Room Leader to lead our beautiful 15-place Toddler Room (2–3 years). We're after someone who leads with warmth, inspires their team and is committed to delivering high-quality early childhood education. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to grow into our Second in Charge (2IC) role, making this an exciting opportunity for someone looking to take the next step in their leadership career.
What You'll Bring
- Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or ACECQA-approved equivalent)
- Previous Room Leader experience (preferred)
- Strong knowledge of the EYLF and NQS
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- A genuine passion for early childhood education
