About the role
We are seeking an experienced project professional to lead the delivery of health surveillance programs, including free respiratory health checks for former mine and quarry workers across Queensland.
This role oversees contracted service providers, ensuring high-quality service delivery through effective contract management, performance monitoring, data analysis and risk identification. You will drive stakeholder engagement and promotional initiatives, fostering strong relationships while supporting continuous improvement and quality assurance across program delivery.
About you
You are a highly organised project professional with experience in contract management and procurement, particularly in health-related environments. You have strong stakeholder engagement and negotiation skills, are confident managing competing priorities to strict deadlines, and experience leading initiatives in a complex and changing environment.
You are an excellent communicator, with analytical and problem-solving skills, you thrive in collaborative environments and are committed to delivering meaningful outcomes through strong partnerships, evidence-based decisions making, and a focus on continuous improvement.

Essential / desirable requirements
Qualifications, training or experience in project management, contract management, and health program service delivery would be highly regarded.

If your qualification is from an overseas institution, you are responsible for obtaining official recognition to determine comparability with the Australian Qualifications Framework (AQF). You will be required to provide a certified copy of your qualification assessment with your application.
