About the Role
As a Commercial Cleaner / Cleaning Technician, you'll work across a variety of commercial sites throughout Sydney, delivering high-quality cleaning services as part of a supportive and professional team.
The Role at a Glance
✔ HQ based in Western Sydney (Arndell Park)
✔ Approximately 25-30 hours per week
✔ Monday to Friday (weekend work only when required)
✔ Typical start time between 6:00am and 7:00am
✔ Willingness to travel to any location across the Sydney metropolitan area
✔ Paid travel between sites
✔ Company vehicle provided for eligible shifts

You'll receive full training, work with professional equipment and learn Tribe's quality systems while developing your skills and building a long-term career.
What You'll Do
- Deliver high-quality commercial cleaning services.
- Deliver exceptional presentation standards consistently across every site.
- Work across commercial offices, corporate workplaces, educational facilities, commercial facilities and post-construction projects.
- Follow company procedures and safety requirements.
- Complete reports and documentation where required.
- Work collaboratively with your team to deliver outstanding results.
- Take ownership of your work and always represent Tribe Clean Co professionally.

Essential Requirements
- Full Australian working rights.
- Current Australian Driver Licence.
- Reliable vehicle to travel to designated meeting locations.
- Good English communication skills.
- Willingness to commence work between 6:00am and 7:00am on weekdays.
- Willingness to travel to any location across the Sydney metropolitan area as required.
- Physically capable of performing commercial cleaning duties.
- NSW Police Check (or willingness to obtain one).
Highly Regarded
- Commercial cleaning experience.
- Post-construction cleaning experience.
- White Card.
- Experience using commercial cleaning equipment.
