We are hiring a Customer Service Executive — a front-facing retail role focused on delivering premium in-store experiences while driving sales performance.
This is not a passive service role. You are expected to engage, influence, and convert.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Deliver a high-touch, personalised customer experience on the floor
- Understand customer needs and confidently recommend products
- Drive daily and monthly sales targets through strong engagement
- Maintain excellent product knowledge across all collections
- Support visual merchandising and store presentation standards
- Build repeat clientele through relationship management
- Handle customer queries and resolve issues professionally
- Work closely with the store team to ensure smooth operations

- Previous experience in retail, sales, or customer-facing roles

- Strong interest in fashion, styling, and trends
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
- Ability to speak Mandarin will be an added advantage

POSITION SUMMARY
This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy interacting with people, have a passion for fashion, and want to build a career in retail while being rewarded for performance.
Pay: $55,000.00 – $75,000.00 per year
