What is the role?
We are currently seeking a Client Services Officer to join our well-established team on a 12-month fixed term contract to cover parental leave.
As a key link between our clients and internal teams, you will play an important role in delivering an exceptional client experience while helping keep projects, priorities and commitments moving.
Working closely with our Account Management, R&D, Procurement, Planning and Operations teams, you will:
Prepare accurate and timely quotes for new and existing clients.
Communicate and liaise with clients, keeping them informed of progress, timelines and next steps.
Coordinate activities across internal teams to ensure projects continue to move forward.
Facilitate cross-functional collaboration, keeping teams aligned on project timelines, deliverables and client commitments.
Manage multiple client requirements, priorities and actions at once.
Proactively follow up on outstanding actions and identify potential issues before they impact the client.
Maintain accurate client, project and commercial information across our systems.
Build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders to support successful project delivery.
Skills and Experiences:
