About the Role
We’re looking for a Service Coordinator to join our team.

We're looking for someone who understands the impact that great customer service and strong service coordination can make.
In this role you’ll coordinate the daily schedules of 10 to 15 field technicians across Perth, helping ensure jobs are well prepared, clients are informed, and our team have the info they need before arriving on site.
Based in Kewdale, you’ll work closely with both our office team and field staff to help deliver services to commercial clients across a wide range of industries. Strong communication, attention to detail, and the ability to stay organised are important in this role.
We’re looking for someone who can hit the ground running, takes pride in their work, communicates professionally, and can contribute positively to a growing business.
Work Schedule
Monday to Friday, 7am to 3pm, no weekends.

Key Responsibilities
- Plan and manage daily schedules for our technicians to keep operations running efficiently
- Match jobs with the right technicians based on skills, location, and client requirements
- Act as the main point of contact for scheduling enquiries from both clients and technicians
- Confirm bookings, coordinate site access, order parts, and provide timely updates
- Support technicians with scheduling queries and job preparation
- Prepare clear and accurate job cards with all relevant site and safety information
- Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with internal procedures and legislation
- Identify opportunities to improve scheduling processes and overall efficiency
- Contribute to maintaining high standards of safety, quality, and compliance
- Provide general administrative support across the business as required
Requirements
- Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a professional phone manner
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, experience with ServiceM8, SimPro or similar software is a bonus
- Demonstrated experience in scheduling, coordination, or administration, field service environments such as plumbing, HVAC or electrical fields is desirable
- High attention to detail and ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Current Australian driver’s licence
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Sound knowledge of the Perth metropolitan area
