Located in or near Camellia
Experience with Microsoft applications and HRIS
Strong knowledge of Contemporary HR practices and procedures
Minimum 5 years’ experience in a blue-collar environment, preferably industrialised
Proven ability to influence change, compliance across management levels.
Tertiary qualifications in HR, Business or Law
Ability to travel throughout NSW & ACT
Ability to work from the Camellia office full time – This is not a Work from Home Role

About the Role
As a HR Business Partner, you will play a key role in delivering people and culture initiatives across Knauf. Working closely with operational leaders and key stakeholders, you will support business performance, organisational change and employee engagement through practical, people-focused HR solutions.
This role will see you partner with the business on a broad range of workforce matters, including employee and industrial relations, performance management, change initiatives and culture improvement. You will help ensure our people practices align with business goals and contribute to a safe, productive and inclusive working environment.
Some tasks as part of this role include:
Partner with operational and leadership teams to support business performance, workforce planning and culture initiatives
Provide trusted advice and guidance on employee relations and industrial relations matters
Support the development and implementation of change management initiatives
Work with leaders to manage employee performance, conduct and disciplinary matters end to end
Contribute to business improvement projects focused on enhancing workplace culture and employee engagement
Ensure compliance with Knauf’s WHS systems, policies and procedures
