Store Manager – Camy’s Chargrill Chicken Balgowlah
Camy’s Chargrill Chicken is looking for a motivated and hands-on Store Manager to join our growing team.
We are looking for someone with strong leadership skills, operational experience, and the ability to lead a fast-paced hospitality environment while maintaining high standards across customer service, food quality, cleanliness and team culture.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily store operations
- Lead and support the team during busy service periods
- Control labour, COGS and store KPI’s
- Manage rosters, stock ordering and supplier coordination
- Ensure food safety, cleanliness and operational compliance
- Train and develop team members
- Handle customer concerns professionally
- Maintain Camy’s operational standards and culture
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous management experience in hospitality/QSR preferred
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure and multitask
- Good understanding of KPI’s and business operations
- Positive attitude and problem-solving mindset
- Flexible availability including weekends
- Must have the right to work full-time in Australia
