The role:
The Area Visual Merchandiser will support 4 City Beach stores (Wollongong, Shellharbour, Nowra and Belconnen ) to uphold their visual merchandising standards and create an appealing and shoppable environment for our customers. You will maintain and drive these standards through ongoing development and training of City Beach team members to ensure that the company visual merchandising strategy is executed across all retail stores.

Oversee compliance with VM standards across your store network, reporting on task delivery, performance, and key success indicators.
