A critical after‑hours role with genuine responsibility and impact
Work 40 hours per fortnight, typically across early mornings, afternoons/evenings, including weekdays and weekends

Be the partner who makes a real difference by:
Acting as the first point of contact for afterhours emergencies and critical incidents
Triaging calls and coordinating timely, appropriate responses to incidents, sick leave and urgent roster gaps
Managing unplanned leave and shift cancellations to maintain safe service delivery
Coordinating urgent staffing solutions in line with SCHADS Award and internal approvals
Escalating and documenting reportable incidents in line with NDIA and organisational requirements
Providing clear handover to managers following each oncall period
Supporting staff and services during highpressure situations with professionalism and care
Contributing to continuous improvement of afterhours response processes and systems

You’re calm, organised and confident making decisions under pressure
You enjoy being a trusted point of contact and supporting others in complex situations
You bring experience in disability, health or community services operations
You’re comfortable working with rostering or scheduling systems
You can quickly process information, assess risk and prioritise effectively
Knowledge of the NDIS environment and industrial awards (SCHADS) is highly regarded, but not essential

Must haves:

Ability to make sound decisions in timecritical situations
NDIS Worker Screening, Working with Children and National Criminal Check
Relevant qualifications in community services, disability, HR or similar
