Your New Role
As we continue to evolve our 2030 strategy, we’re looking for a Senior Manager, Value & Performance to play a critical role in defining how we measure, track and realise value across the enterprise.
This is a highly visible, enterprise-wide role where you’ll work at the intersection of strategy, performance and decision-making, partnering closely with senior leaders to ensure we’re focused on what matters most , delivering real outcomes for members.
In this role, you will:
- Define and embed Aware Super’s enterprise value management framework, including how value is identified, prioritised and measured
- Design and govern organisation-wide performance frameworks (OKRs, KPIs, dashboards) aligned to strategic priorities
- Translate complex performance data into clear, actionable insights for Executive and Board decision-making
- Lead the end-to-end OKR approach, ensuring consistency, quality and strong alignment to strategy
- Partner with senior leaders to shape high-quality, outcome-focused OKRs across the enterprise
- Track and evaluate value realisation and benefits delivery, identifying gaps and driving accountability
- Lead performance narratives and insights across key governance forums (e.g. BPM)
- Develop Executive and Board-level reporting on value, performance and strategic outcomes
- Drive adoption of tools (e.g. Power BI, Jira) to enhance performance visibility and self-serve insights
- Continuously improve frameworks, data quality and processes to strengthen decision-making and organisational performance
How do you exceed our expectations?
You’re a strategic thinker with a strong commercial mindset and a proven ability to turn complexity into clarity.
You’ll bring:
- Experience in value management, performance measurement or benefits realisation
- Deep expertise in OKRs (design, coaching and measurement)
- Strong background in performance reporting, dashboards and data visualisation
- Ability to connect strategy to execution through measurable frameworks (OKRs, KPIs, scorecards)
- Experience preparing Executive and Board-level insights and materials
- Confidence influencing senior stakeholders and facilitating across diverse teams
- Strong capability in tools such as Power BI, Excel, Jira or Confluence
