About the Role:
We are seeking a meticulous and passionate seamstress/alteration specialist to join our atelier team. This role ensures every gown leaving our studio meets FLOURE’s highest standards of construction, fit, and finishing. The ideal candidate has an exceptional eye for detail, a calm and organised approach, and a deep appreciation for couture craftsmanship.
We’re Looking For
● Previous experience in bridal, couture, or luxury garment alterations.
● Excellent sewing and pattern understanding, especially for corsetry
● Strong hand-finishing and garment construction skills.
● Confidence working independently while managing multiple gowns with high quality finishes.
● A meticulous eye for detail and commitment to craftsmanship.
● Passion for creating beautiful garments and delivering an exceptional client experience.
