About the Opportunity
We are seeking a motivated Café Supervisor to support the café managers day to day. The successful candidate will be joining the team behind a new landmark café within Powerhouse Parramatta, delivering a café experience that is confident, contemporary and unmistakably Western Sydney.
About the Role
As Café Supervisor you will lead shifts, support the team and ensure guests receive friendly, efficient and attentive service that reflects the brand.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading floor shifts and supporting team members during service
- Maintaining high standards of guest service and presentation
- Assisting with training and on-the-job coaching
- Ensuring smooth communication and operational flow
- Handling guest feedback professionally and promptly
- Contributing to a positive and productive team environment
About You
You have supervisory experience in a café or fast paced hospitality setting and take pride in delivering excellent service.
You bring:
- Previous experience supervising in a café or busy hospitality venue
- Strong customer service skills and a warm, professional manner
- Reliability, organisation and attention to detail
- The ability to lead by example and support team performance
- Enthusiasm for creating a welcoming all day café experience
