RYCO is a growing rope access company delivering high-quality access, maintenance, remediation, and specialist works across commercial, industrial, and residential sectors. As our workload continues to expand, we are seeking IRATA-certified Rope Access Technicians at all levels including those with trade qualifications such as welding
About the Role
You will be involved in a variety of rope access works, which may include:
- Building wash-downs and façade cleaning
- Painting, remediation, mastic, and rendering works
- Structural inspections and maintenance
- Installation and repair tasks at height
- Working as part of a professional rope access team under IRATA standards
What We’re Looking For
We’re open to IRATA Level 1, 2, and 3 technicians, with the right attitude being just as important as experience.
Essential Requirements:
- Current IRATA certification (L1 / L2 / L3)
- White Card
- Working at Heights
- Strong safety mindset and adherence to IRATA procedures
- Ability to work well in a team and take direction on site
- Reliable, punctual, and professional presentation
- Australian Resident or Working VISA
- Structural and specialist welding works at height and in difficult access environments (for suitably qualified candidates)
Desirable (but not essential):
- Trade background or relevant site experience
- Experience in painting, remediation, or façade works
- Confined space certification
- High-risk licences (EWP, rigging, etc.)
- First AID/CPR
- Trade qualifications (e.g. Welding – First Class or equivalent)
