As Jet Ski & Dinghy Hire Manager, you'll lead a team of Jet Ski Tour Guides while overseeing all aspects of water activities operations. From guest safety and staff development to vessel maintenance and operational planning, you'll ensure every experience is delivered to the highest standards while maintaining compliance with all marine regulations.

Lead the daily operation of jet ski tours and dinghy hire activities

Manage Jet Ski Tour Guides, including training, coaching, and performance

Check weather conditions and make operational decisions regarding tours

Conduct comprehensive safety briefings before all tours and hires

Instruct guests in the safe operation of jet skis and hire dinghies

Ensure compliance with AMSA, NSCV, and Workplace Health & Safety requirements

Manage staff rosters, time and attendance approvals, and operational scheduling

Oversee vessel servicing, maintenance, inspections, and repairs

Complete operational reports, maintenance logs, pre-start inspections, and compliance documentation

Liaise daily with Marina Operations to coordinate servicing and haul-outs

Respond to guest enquiries and resolve concerns professionally

Promote photo sales and support departmental revenue targets

Ensure all equipment is maintained, packed away, and ready for daily operation

Foster a positive safety culture and exceptional guest experience across all marine activities
