Sales Closer – Off-Plan Real Estate (Australian & Dutch/EU Markets)

Axora is a Bali-based off-plan property developer selling premium real estate to Australian and Dutch/EU buyers. Partnered with Forbes Australia, Axora has a reputable 6-year history developing high-end hospitality venues including Six Senses and 1880.
THE ROLE:
We're hiring an experienced Sales Closer in Off-Plan Real Estate to take warm, pre-qualified Australian and Dutch/EU prospects through to signed contracts on our off-plan developments in Bali. Leads are booked directly into your calendar — no cold prospecting. You own the closing conversation end to end across both markets.We're open to hiring one bilingual closer to cover both markets, or one dedicated closer per market.
REQUIREMENTS:
- 2+ years of sales/closing experience (high-ticket or real estate preferred)
- Proven experience selling to the Australian and/or Dutch/EU market
- Fluent English and fluent Dutch (bilingual preferred; single-market fluency considered)
- Strong understanding of both Australian and Dutch/EU buyer expectations, culture, and investment mindset
- Familiarity with EU financial regulations and cross-border property investment considerations is a plus
- Comfortable closing on video/phone calls
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and organized with CRM/pipeline discipline
- Flexible working hours to cover both AU/Bali-friendly and Dutch/EU (CET/CEST) time zones
EARNINGS:
- Base AUD $1,000/month + 1% commission on every closed deal*
- Deals range AUD $100,000–$500,000* On-target earnings ~USD $200,000/year, uncapped
- Warm, pre-qualified leads booked directly into your calendar — no cold prospecting
WORKING ARRANGEMENT:
- Independent contractor
- Hours align to your market: AU/Bali-friendly hours for the Australian market, CET/CEST for the Dutch/EU market
- Bilingual closers covering both markets will have flexible scheduling support
