The Opportunity
In this hands-on role, no two days are the same. You’ll play a critical part in keeping our high-tech operation running at peak performance:
Own and drive equipment reliability and performance
Complete preventative and predictive maintenance
Diagnose and resolve mechanical faults and breakdowns
Contribute to continuous improvement and reliability projects
What you'll Bring:
You’re a proactive, solutions-focused tradesperson who enjoys working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment:
Trade-qualified Mechanical Fitter / Maintenance Technician
Experience in manufacturing, FMCG, or industrial environments
Exposure to lean manufacturing or continuous improvement (highly regarded)
Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills
Ability to work autonomously and in a team
Great communication and a can-do attitude
