Position: Commercial Full-Time Day Cleaner
Schedule: Monday to Friday | 7:00am – 3:00pm
Location : Banyo - Brisbane, QLD 4014
ARA Property Services is a highly reputable national company currently in an expansion phase. We provide commercial cleaning services across Australia and are seeking experienced and reliable cleaners to join our team.
The Role
We are looking to fill 2 x Full-Time Day Cleaner positions at a large, fast-paced commercial site. This role requires individuals who can work efficiently, communicate clearly, and maintain high cleaning standards.
Key Responsibilities
- General commercial cleaning including:
- Vacuuming, sweeping, mopping and scrubbing
- Toilet and amenities cleaning
- Rubbish collection
- Glass cleaning and dusting
- Moving efficiently around a large site
- Communicating via two-way radio with the on-site team
About You
- Previous commercial cleaning experience (essential)
- Valid driver’s licence (required)
- Strong communication skills
- Physically fit and able to walk long distances across the site
- Reliable with strong attendance and commitment
- Right to work in Australia
- Able to obtain a clear police check
