We are currently seeking compassionate, reliable, and experienced Support Workers to join our team in the Newcastle region.

About the Role
As a Support Worker, you will provide personalised support to NDIS participants in their homes and within the community. Every day is different, and your role may include:
- Personal care and daily living assistance
- Community access and social support
- Domestic assistance and light household duties
- Transport to appointments and activities
- Assisting participants to achieve their NDIS goals
- Providing companionship while promoting independence, dignity and choice
- Accurate progress notes and documentation
Essential Requirements
To be considered for this role, you must have:
- Current NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Current Working with Children Check
- Current Australian Driver Licence
- Reliable, insured motor vehicle
- Current First Aid & CPR Certificate (or willingness to obtain)
- Excellent communication skills
- A caring, professional and reliable attitude
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Certificate III or IV in Individual Support, Disability, Community Services or a related qualification
Desirable
- Previous experience supporting people with disability
- Medication Administration training (advantageous)
