DGH is continuing to grow, and we’re looking for an experienced Trade Assistants to join our team in Brisbane. In this role, you’ll play an important part in supporting onsite operations and ensuring the workspace remains safe, organised, and efficient.
You’ll be hands-on and involved in a range of site support tasks, including:

Support maintenance activities and trades as required

Maintain a clean and organised work environment
-
Operate hand and power tools
-
Handle materials, equipment, and general workshop tasks
-
Follow all safety protocols and site requirements
-
Assist tradespeople with servicing, repairs, and maintenance
-
Spot, pack and unpack tooling
-
Perform general labouring duties
We’re seeking someone with practical workshop or yard experience who can confidently:

Previous experience as a Trade Assistant or similar role

Ability to operate equipment including forklift and bobcat
-
Strong housekeeping and equipment cleaning skills
-
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
-
High attention to detail and commitment to safety
-
Flexibility to work extended hours when required
-
High-Risk Forklift Licence (LF) – essential
-
Confined Space (CS) – essential
-
Elevated Work Platform (EWP) – desirable
-
