Disability Support Worker | Bowral NSW
Casual Position | Immediate Start
National Disability Care (NDC) is looking for compassionate and reliable Disability Support Workers to join our growing team in Bowral.
This role involves supporting an adult participant with high physical support needs in their home and the community. You'll work as part of a two-person team to provide safe, respectful and person-centred support.
About the Role
Duties may include:
- Personal care
- Showering, dressing and grooming
- Toileting and bowel care support
- Medication assistance
- Meal preparation
- Hoist transfers and manual handling
- Mobility support
- Pressure care and repositioning
- Community access and appointments
- Accurate documentation and progress notes

Experience supporting participants with high physical support needs is highly regarded, but not essential for the right person.
Essential Requirements
- NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Current First Aid & CPR
- Current Australian Driver Licence
- Reliable vehicle with comprehensive insurance
- Smartphone
- Excellent communication skills
- Right to work in Australia
