We are seeking an experienced Administration Assistant with strong skills in Xero and stock management systems.
Key responsibilities include:
- Answering incoming calls and managing customer enquiries
- Processing orders and preparing invoices
- Updating stock and order information
- Providing general administrative support
Role details:
- Three days per week
- 10:00am – 3:00pm
- Ideal for someone organised, reliable, and confident working independently
Pay: $30.00 – $35.00 per hour
