We are seeking a motivated and driven Contract Administrator who is eager to learn, grow, and develop their career within a fast-growing building company.
The Contract Administrator is responsible for supporting the successful delivery of projects through effective contract administration, procurement, cost management, documentation control, and subcontractor coordination.
About the Role
Working closely with the Construction Director, other Contract administrators and Project Manager, you will be involved in:
- Contract and subcontract administration
- Procurement and supplier coordination
- Cost tracking and budget management
- Assessment of subcontractor claims and variations
- Project reporting and document control
- Supporting the successful delivery of residential construction projects
About You
- Highly organised and detail-oriented
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn
- Self-motivated and proactive
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience in construction administration or a relevant construction qualification is desirable

Pay: $60,000.00 – $85,000.00 per year
