Jack Gray Café in Grays Point is looking for a friendly, reliable, and enthusiastic F&B / Bar Attendant / Barista to join our team. About the Role
- Deliver warm, genuine customer service to every guest.
- Prepare and serve high-quality coffee and espresso-based beverages.
- Serve food and beverages efficiently while maintaining excellent service standards.
- Assist with bar service, including preparing cocktails and alcoholic beverages.
- Support Front of House operations during busy service periods.
- Process orders and payments using the POS system.
- Assist with opening and closing duties, including cash handling where required.
- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation standards across the café and bar.
- Monitor stock levels and assist with restocking throughout the shift.
- Work collaboratively with the kitchen and front-of-house team to ensure smooth service.
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience in a café, restaurant, bar, or hospitality environment.
- Barista experience with the ability to produce consistently high-quality coffee.
- Basic knowledge of cocktail preparation.
- Friendly, reliable, and team-oriented attitude.
- Strong communication and multitasking skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Availability on weekends and Friday/Saturday evenings.
- A valid NSW RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol). Barista training or experience is highly regarded.
