About the Role
As a Behaviour Support Practitioner, you will:

Conduct behaviour assessments and develop Behaviour Support Plans

Deliver evidence-based Positive Behaviour Support services

Support NDIS participants, families and carers to achieve meaningful outcomes

Work collaboratively with stakeholders and multidisciplinary teams

Provide practical strategies that enhance quality of life and reduce restrictive practices

Contribute to positive, person-centred outcomes for people living with disability
